With over two decades of experience in corporate leadership, Lisa has held key roles at RevGen Partners, Verint, and ADP, where she led transformative projects in employee engagement, contact center strategy, and HRIS solutions. She is certified in HRBP and Prosci Change Management and has worked with Fortune 100 companies to enhance workforce productivity and business success.

Dr. Robert Davis
Dr. Robert Davis is a Family Life Specialist with over 20 years of experience in employee care services, workplace well-being, and organizational development. As the CEO of UnBoxed2Lead and President of SWG UnBoxed, he has led transformative initiatives that foster leadership, team cohesion, and family dynamics within organizations. His expertise spans nonprofit startups, leadership development, and community engagement, making him a valuable asset in shaping impactful programs.
Dr. Davis holds a Doctor of Ministry in Marriage and Family from Andrews University, along with a Master’s Degree in Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling. His extensive background includes delivering dynamic conferences, seminars, and coaching sessions that empower individuals and organizations to thrive. His work focuses on bridging the gap between personal well-being and professional success, a key component in equipping youth with the tools to build strong foundations for their futures. Through his role at Traillionaires Foundation, he applies his wealth of knowledge to mentor and guide young leaders in career development, financial literacy, and life skills.

Angela Y. Davis
Angela Y. Davis is a seasoned financial risk management expert with over a decade of experience in safeguarding data, mitigating financial threats, and driving strategic initiatives. As VP and Operational Risk Senior Manager at Wells Fargo, she has played a key role in implementing risk frameworks that enhance security and ensure compliance.
With an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and a Criminal Justice degree from Sam Houston State University, Angela combines financial acumen with a strong foundation in accountability and structure. She is also dedicated to economic empowerment, contributing to the Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce.
As a member of the Programming team at the Traillionaires Foundation, Angela applies her leadership and risk management expertise to advance financial literacy and foster economic growth. She is passionate about empowering communities and supporting long-term success through strategic initiatives.

Anthony Trail
Anthony Trail is a dedicated mentor and educator committed to equipping young individuals with the technical skills and knowledge needed for career success. As the Director of Apprenticeship on the Programming Team at the Traillionaires Foundation, he plays a vital role in developing and overseeing apprenticeship programs that provide hands-on training and workforce readiness.
With a degree and certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Technology, Anthony brings industry expertise to his mentorship efforts, bridging the gap between education and real-world application. His leadership ensures that apprentices gain practical experience, industry connections, and the confidence to excel in their chosen fields.
Through his commitment to workforce development and technical education, Anthony helps advance the foundation’s mission of fostering economic empowerment and lifelong learning. With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Jason Duncan is a seasoned professional whose career spans dance, acting, film, and songwriting. Having worked alongside some of today’s top celebrities, his passion for the arts and youth development has led him to design dynamic and engaging programs for the Traillionaires Foundation.
Jason’s strong leadership background and expertise in public speaking align seamlessly with the foundation’s mission to equip young individuals with the skills and confidence needed to build sustainable and exceptional futures. His ability to connect with and inspire young minds has made him a vital force in shaping the foundation’s educational and creative initiatives.
Beyond his contributions to program development, Jason actively mentors aspiring artists, helping them navigate the entertainment industry with confidence and resilience. Renesha Berry
Renesha Berry is a Confidence Coach with over 20 years of experience in choreography and dance instruction, she specializes in using movement as a tool for confidence-building and personal growth. Her career spans leadership roles at CSU San Bernardino Dance Company, Denver Public Schools, and the Adams 12 Five Star School District, where she has directed productions that foster creativity and collaboration. As the Executive Director of Shades of Brilliance, a nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment, and the founder of Urban Seductress™, a women’s empowerment brand, Renesha’s mission is to create spaces where individuals feel valued, inspired, and empowered. Through her work with the Traillionaires Foundation, Renesha brings her passion for mentorship and confidence coaching to help individuals unlock their potential, embrace self-love, and develop the resilience needed to thrive in all aspects of life, she empowers individuals to build self-esteem, embrace self-expression, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

Anthony Paul
Anthony Paul is a financial services leader with over 20 years of experience in wealth management, executive compensation, and investment strategy. As Managing Director and co-founder of The Hamilton Group, he has helped affluent families, corporate executives, and business owners navigate complex financial landscapes with expertise in executive compensation, wealth planning, and retirement strategies.
His career began in Silicon Valley, advising technology executives on financial strategies. He has since held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Charles Schwab, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios for high-net-worth clients. His dedication to relationship-building and strategic financial planning has made him a trusted advisor, known for simplifying complex financial concepts.
He earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
